• Saved Bakes / Bookmarks: Recipes you bookmark are saved in your browser's local storage so you can easily reference them offline or across baking sessions.
• Bake Mode Progress: Checked-off ingredients, active timers, and step progress are stored locally so you don't lose your spot if you accidentally refresh your tab mid-bake.
• Audio & Unit Preferences: Your kitchen unit preferences (US Customary vs. Metric) and sound toggle preferences are stored locally on your device.

You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings or by clicking “Clear all” inside the Saved Recipes drawer.

We utilize privacy-first analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns—such as which recipes are most popular and average page load speeds.
